Requirements
it is anticipated that the role will be expanded to liaise with potential and existing clients to plan and create events
the office manager aspect of the role will include answering company telephones and dealing with enquiries
this can be done remotely if needed
all the kit Limited are expanding quickly, and are now creating this new post to assist the two company Directors deal with some of the administrative aspects of running a successful events company
the event coordinator aspect of the role will be to carry out site visits and help design events and provide quotes
this position is for a 6 month period from June 2023, however this may become a permanent position after this period with further opportunities in the future
we are looking for a person who is able to represent the company when dealing with enquiries from clients who may simply want to hire a cable or may be planning a music festival or large event
the person is to be knowledgeable, practical, with an approachable positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and to be able to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks
Responsibility
deal with handing over of ‘dry hire’ equipment which is collected by customers
help to manage the company diary and coordinating some of the company’s activities
