Responsibility

  • servicing and maintenance of systems including replacement of equipment and small remedial works
  • responding to demand servicing and maintenance call outs
  • planning and arranging routine and demand visits within the specified area
  • installation of small systems
  • delivering a first-class service to all customers

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years
  • good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • full UK driving licence
  • clear DBS check for security screening purposes
  • intercom, CCTV, Access: 2 years
  • previous experience in servicing and maintaining CCTV , Intruder Alarms, Access Control a must and Fire Alarm Systems is desirable
