Requirements
- AAT qualification; or nearing completion of AAT or a similar qualification; or extensive relevant experience working within a finance environment
- demonstrable experience of working within a finance environment or in a similar post for 3 years
- demonstrable ability to use judgemental, analytical or creative and developmental skills to interpret information or situations and to solve varied problems or develop solutions or plans over the short term
- demonstrable ability to use written and oral communication skills to present varied information in an understandable way to a range of audiences including other staff and customers
Responsibility
- participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required
- benchmarking – ensure KPIs are accurate and relevant by performing benchmarking against comparator organisations
- monitor the finance system, ensuring inputs are accurate, correcting any errors identified and training new users on the system
- attend and participate in regular meetings
- contribute to the appropriate performance target for the Finance Team
