Responsibility

  • ensure that all new service users are registered onto the computer system promptly and accurately
  • to work in accordance with protocols and procedures of the clinic
  • explain clinic arrangements and formal requirements to new service users and ensure procedures are completed
  • alongside offering reception/administrative service to support the efficient running of the service, the postholder will provide general assistance to the team as required
  • deal with all general enquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments
