Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field
- teaching certification or qualification in TESOL or ESL
- proven experience teaching ESOL to adult learners, preferably in a multicultural or international setting
- strong knowledge of language acquisition theories, pedagogical approaches, and assessment practices in ESOL
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with learners from diverse backgrounds
- flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in instructional delivery and materials development
- proficiency in using technology and digital resources for language teaching and learning
- demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
