Responsibility
- to perform all other appropriate duties within the overall function of the job
- preparing recipes of complex marinades, concentrated stock, herb & spice blends, and ingredient fusions as formulated by the Culinary Designer and/or Head /Sous Chef
- to replenish the stock of ingredients in the preparation areas

Requirements
- IELTS Score 4.0 or equivalent
- RQF3 level or equivalent
- relevant professional accreditation and qualification
