Responsibility
- we are currently looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our clients team, based predominantly in South Leicestershire. This is a permanent role, Monday – Friday with a salary of circa £40,000
- work with the client to understand their current solution and future needs
- you will be designing the domestic and/or international outbound and return transport solutions for new and existing clients, through proactively identifying trends and demands in the market and translating these into customer-oriented propositions
- determine if 3rd party IT partners are used and whether they act as a portal or full transport solution
- design the transport solutions for new clients- carriers and lanes to be implemented
- review of the entire transport solution or key lanes for existing clients
- bringing the proposal to life when presenting to new and potential clients
- be the first to know of new products that are being launched in the transport network
Requirements
- A detailed understanding of domestic and international transport requirements
- A working knowledge of the customs requirements for exporting from and importing into the UK
- knowledge of automated data processing and TMS systems
