Responsibility
lead and Manage the Branch Team – Oversee and support staff in delivering excellent customer service and meeting branch targets
valuations & Market Appraisals – Conduct professional valuations and appraisals to secure new properties for both sales and lettings
client Relations – Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, ensuring high occupancy rates and successful property sales
performance & KPI Management – Monitor and drive performance against key branch targets, reporting directly to senior management
marketing & Property Promotion – Oversee property listings, social media campaigns, and local advertising to attract new clients
property Management Oversight – Collaborate with the property management team to ensure high-quality maintenance and client satisfaction
business Development & Lead Generation – Proactively source and secure new landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers through networking, marketing campaigns, and prospecting strategies
compliance & Regulations – Ensure full compliance with sales and lettings legislation, including tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, deposit protection, and AML regulations
Requirements
proven experience in a senior sales and lettings role, ideally as a Branch Manager
strong track record in lead generation and securing new business
extensive knowledge of UK sales and lettings laws and regulations
proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets
ARLA and/or NAEA qualification or willingness to work towards one
at least 1 year experience in the property market
ability to generate leads
