- familiarity with retargeting/remarketing techniques and the ability to utilise CRM
- strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and Conversion Rate Optimisation techniques
- excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- at least 1-2 years of proven experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role, managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, and social media channels

Responsibility
- provide insights and recommendations to marketing and management teams based on campaign performance
- suggest innovative strategies and techniques to maintain a competitive advantage
- monitor daily campaign budgets, bids, and spend to ensure campaigns are effectively utilising allocated resources and maximising Return on Investment
- keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in the PPC advertising landscape
- work closely with the content, design, and digital marketing team to integrate paid campaigns efforts to achieve overall departmental goals
