- reporting into the Office Manager, you will be part of a team that provides excellent after sales customer service to our retail customers
- identify areas of continuous improvement to improve service to the customer
- coordinate credits and collections for the customer and ensuring this is processed within the ERP system
- setup of service parts on the ERP where necessary
