  • carrying out Flood Risk Asset Inspections
  • experience applying design standards in your work
  • the ability to assess surface water drainage and flood risk on planning applications in accordance with statutory consultee duties
  • experience with site surveying and levelling
  • competency in the use of AutoCAD
  • experience developing contract works information, including contract drawings and appendices to the DfT Specification for Highway Works
  • up to date knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
  • proactive approach to work, and the ability to manage your own workload ensuring projects are completed to a high standard
