Requirements

  • good understanding of UK Planning, Building Control and Party Wall legislation and guidance
  • excellent report writing and communication skills
  • proficient with AutoCAD or Revit
  • previous experience working on UK based residential and education projects
  • previous experience within similar surveying or architectural practices in the UK
  • have a full UK driving licence and be open to travelling around the Home Counties including Suffolk and Norfolk
  • meticulously organised with a keen eye for detail
  • confident and outgoing with the ability to work quickly and accurately within a busy office environment

Responsibility

  • undertake a range of property surveys, prepare specifications and schedule of works for tender
