Responsibility

  • alderson Ltd are looking to recruit a caring, hard-working and enthusiastic support worker who is passionate about providing a quality care service to our clients with mental health needs
  • you must be able to work flexibly, covering 2-4 nights per week 10pm - 8am, you may also be required to cover sickness and holidays, you will be required to work every other weekend
  • our Night Support Workers also help with keeping high standards of cleanliness in the home, so some domestic work is part of the job
  • experience in a caring environment may be an advantage, but we are more interested in what each person brings to the role
