  • as part of an expansion plan, our client requires a Telesales Executive to join their vibrant team in Herne Bay
  • make telephone calls to prospects and previous Customers
  • keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
  • ALCA TOOLS LTD are seeking to recruit a Telesales operative to join their established business in Herne Bay. The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary depending on experience
  • work on new projects such as new markets and market sectors, through market research and a structured plan
  • provide feedback and input to script and copy development
  • record details of opportunities and lead notes

Requirements

  • outbound calling or customer service experience
  • excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
  • proven track record in a sales environment
  • good attention to detail
  • computer literate and experience in database navigation
  • mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
