registering tenant's deposits with TDS/DPS
job Purpose To provide administrative support to the Lettings Team in a range of duties, including; coordinating diaries and appointments, answering the telephone, assisting with the marketing of properties dealing with utility providers and maintain accurate records of key movements
dealing with deposit disputes
the requirement is for a proactive and organised individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion
using DocuSign on a daily basis
dealing with end of tenancies
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
