• quality management to maintain high cleaning standards on client sites
• an excellent opportunity has arisen for a for a full time Area Manager with experience in cleaning / facilities management in the South Wales Area
• recruitment and training of new starters in line with Albany procedures
• you will be responsible a team of cleaners and the quality of service across multiple sites in South Wales, and the Bristol area
• you will be the fist point of contact for clients and staff on site dealing with day to day queries and issues that arise. Including sickness absence, holidays, standards of cleaning, staff training and recruitment
• develop and maintain client relationships
• the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• the hours of work are Monday - Friday 40 hours per week. Hours and times will vary depending on workload and the needs of the business
