- as a Senior Care Practitioner, you will contribute to every aspect of the smooth running of the service, providing support to young people, promoting their independence, and ensuring they reach their full potential
- 7.7 Carry out risk assessments
- 7.1 Work closely with the appointed Young People to promote person-centered approaches in all aspects of their lives. Develop a person-centered plan for the appointed Young People
- 7.8 Assist with the development of 24-hour management and Placement Plans
- 7.3 Attend six-monthly Young People LAC review meetings. Implement recommendations or actions arising from the reviews – working in conjunction with the Young People and other parties to do so
