- interest/knowledge of NHS data structure and landscape
- time management skills
Responsibility
- actively seeking out opportunities for learning and professional development in data science and healthcare analytics, including further accreditation
- participating in Scrum meetings, assisting in project delivery and collaborating with team members across the full project lifecycle
- manipulating data and developing data-driven approaches or algorithms for clinical deep dives, demand and capacity forecast, financial modelling, automated data categorisation, and others
- working with a team of high-performing data scientists, providing support and pushing to develop deliverables yourself whilst ensuring data, code, and solution’s quality and version control
- working with our clients from early in your career, developing relationships through engagement meetings, project management responsibilities and being responsible for components of analysis and delivery
- supporting on internal business development workstreams with assisting proposal writing, coordinating responses to open tender bids, and researching advancements in the field to support the expansion and growth of the organisation
