Responsibility
- manage and maintain warehouse inventory. Coordinate and oversee daily tasks within warehouse
- manage the physical security of inventory assets, materials and equipment within limits set by senior management
- carrying out import and export transactions
- managing stock entry and exit transactions
- responsibility for creating invoices and documents
- make product cost calculations and enters the system
- creating financial statement projections and analysis
- responsible for managing receiving, transfers, picking/packing and order shipments. Ensures all goods are packed and labelled correctly and loading lists are prepared accurately and all paperwork is prepared
Requirements
- must have a bachelor's degree
- must use NETSIS program and have knowledge of all NETSIS modules
- must use Xero online accounting software
- must have at least 5 years of experience import/export organizations and paint industry
- 3 years of experience working in warehouse/distribution environment is desired
- must have experience of cost accounting
- warehouse Management: 2 years
- utilizing warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, reach trucks
