Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- help troubleshoot IT issues regarding applications, hardware, OS
- help manage Animation/VFX software licenses, updates and various automation tools
- help configure equipment for the team, help setup new starters and artists workstations
- configure and maintain other studio IT equipment such as printers etc
- help manage the render farm
- setting up and looking after our IT asset inventory
- help provide comprehensive IT support for the efficient resolution of all day-to-day IT tasks and requests within the studio, ensuring related tasks are followed through to completion and resolved in a timely manner
- provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Requirements
- min 1-2 years’ hands on experience in both user and systems support, or related IT roles
- windows 10 desktop support skills
- be familiar with client/server environments
- exceptional time management, prioritising tasks and communication skills
- A natural multitasker who is flexible and helpful
- problem-solving and sound decision-making skills, especially in limited time
- good people skills, ability to work with a team and prioritise workload
- graduate in Computer Science or equivalent with a strong interest in Animation/VFX
