Photo taken outside of house held by hand.
No delivery when I went to look for parcel.
My front door was wide open so parcel could have been put inside easily.
Very disappointed to not receive parcel and it is likely the driver didn't actually leave the parcel. DO NOT USE COMPANY'S THAT USE(deleted by the administrator)
NOT RELIABLE Shipping tracking also does not work.

Delivery just dumped outside communal flat door and when I got home missing. Obviously stolen! What sort of incompetent idiots just leave a delivery outside where anyone can take it?

If 0 stars was an option, I would select it. Package was correctly addressed to me but was delivered to a completely different address in a different village with a different postcode. Useless company!

Shit service 3text messages saying my parcel was coming but have not received absolute rubbish service been trying to email the company that I ordered from keep sending out new orders but I’m not getting them. What a load of rubbish this services is.

Received a text saying a delivery was made, but the photo was not my door. And I was at home. I'm in Edinburgh.

O as found out company's a scam. Good to read reviews and by doing so worked out the company is a scam

I ordered a parcel tracking no UK2451770796 i recieved a message to say it had been delivered. It HAD NOT! i am disabled and was in all day. I had to go down in the lift several times to look for it which is very difficult for me. The psrcel obviously was not delivered or taken to someone elses door. I then got another message saying it HAD been delivered. It clearly has not! I have since read really bad reviews and many people in the same position. I am now taking this matter further

My parcel did not turn up even though i had recieved an e mail to say it had been delivered. It did not! I was at home all day.waiting for it. Address was correct and investigated everything. Ni way of contacting them

As a follow up to my post of 5/1/25 the vendor sent a second package and again used A J Ships. Guess why, the vendor is part of a mail order company called AJ sells.
As before I received a photo of the package delivered, it was in an external mailbox fixed on a metal fence.
We live in an apartment complex that has no fence and no external mailboxes. Our address is number 5 (apartment name) followed by street name town and postcode. The apartment complex has its own postcode and a GPS brings you directly to the main building.
Thinking that the driver had delivered to number 5 on the street I braved the snow and went to check, in fact I traveled the whole length of the road (200 houses) looking for mailboxes on a metal fence and found nothing resembling the photo.
I came home and contacted the seller to tell them that their useless shipping company had failed to deliver to the correct address again. Every other courier has no problem finding our apartments.
At about 10 pm our door bell rang. It was the person living at no 5 on our road (over a mile away). He brought us not only the second package sent delivered that day but also the first one. The idiots had delivered to the same wrong address twice. I wrote to A J Sell suggesting they employ drivers who can read or use GPS they never replied. If you find your vendor is AJ Sells or plans to use AJ ships buy the product from someone else.

My tracking says it been delivered it has but not to my address I live in an appointment the photo that was taken is a porch I don’t háve a porch only a mail box . Not impressed !!so what happens next ?

Made a purchase with Munira Beauty who advise parcel being sent via A J Ships
Of course as per many many reviews the parcel bought about one month ago has not been received.
So are both companies a SCAM ?
So A J Ships if not a scam where is my order MB351702874 ?

The parcel was delivered to a completely different address that is unknown to me.
I don't even know what this company is. They don't have a website, no way of finding a way to contact them.

I received a message from AJ Ships that my parcel would be delivered January 4, at around 15:00 i received a second saying they had been unable to deliver even though we were home and that delivery would now be January 5. At about 18:30 Jan 4 I received a message saying that it was out for delivery again. I then received a message at 19:35 saying it was delivered even though we had seen no delivery van. It was supposedly left by our door and was accompanied by a photo we cannot comprehend. There are several/ entrances to our/ apartment building nothing was left at any of them, neither did the photo resemble any of them,
WE don't know where they left it but it was certainly not at this address. The final message was asking if we were satisfied,when we gave thumbs down it asked why we put not received, nothing left here. The system then thanked us for the review and said the information would be used for future training, no mention about sorting out the problem. I would give zero if i could.

Company left my package outside a random building I don’t recognise. They didn’t ring my buzzer, and I’ve not received my item. It’s out of order that they’re allowed to just leave it outside without even knocking, and it’s not even outside my address!! Had to email to company I purchased from hopefully I can get another item sent out! Your job is to deliver people parcels. Not just leave them outside random places!!

Saying Iv had my parcel delivered after changing the time on tracking 3 times nothings come says left with neighbour … not true and no not posted through or anything I’m livid

Ordered a product late Friday night for delivery the next WORKING day. As the next working day was the coming Monday, I arranged to have the delivery sent to my work address given I would be at work that day (it being a working day…) I then received a text messaged at 15:31 to say by delivery was due today and would be delivered between 2pm and 4pm. I clicked the link to reschedule, however, as my parcel was already out for delivery, it was too late to change. I left instructions not to leave the parcel as the delivery address is a business and would therefore not be open until Monday. I thought, surely the driver won’t leave the parcel outside a business address, which is clearly closed. Sadly, they did. £150 chair left in a box propped up by the door on a business state. Clearly it was never going to be there on Monday so had to get a colleague, who lives locally, to go out on a Saturday night to collect. What a shambles.

Absolute sham of a company. My parcel didn't arrive and it's impossible to chase up! We have CCTV and no delivery was even attempted. Desperately disappointed as the gift was for today.
Total disgrace! Avoid at all costs.

Do not use this company. I have had two deliveries go missing with them. Very very untrustworthy. Unfortunately the company I ordered the goods continue to use this set avoid avoid avoid

Never received my package, ordered something online was handled through this company via amazon and no package received at my place

I never got my package.
