Responsibility
- we are looking for an Office Manager to join our family-run, specialist Social Care recruitment business
- this brand-new role will work and support everyone across the business and you will report to the Board
- average 40 hours per week, spending initially 3 days in the office/2 days at home

- you’ll coordinate and manage activities and tasks that relate to managing a successful and smooth-running recruitment business/office, working alongside other leaders in our Recruitment teams
- you will be involved in everything from people and finance administration, to managing processes, supporting our people and taking care of our business administration
- you’ll be hands on and work closely with our Senior Finance lead and support the rest of the business, including the Board of Directors
