Responsibility

  • presenting the company’s products and services in a professional structured manner to tenants to ensure they are engaged in the process
  • to make sure you have a good understanding of the company products and services
  • to communicate with all necessary departments within the Airtech brand in a clear and timely manner
  • to carry out property surveys for accurate quotations to be submitted to customers within targeted time periods
  • provide a daily update to the scheduling team of completed surveys
  • able to learn have an acceptable understanding of building regulations, information papers and other legislation that are specific to the industry
  • follow Company Procedure regarding all Administrative aspects of the role
  • work in-line with the Regional Sales Manager for the area, to make sure we are delivering a solution that will work for the housing provider

Requirements

  • the Ventilation Surveyor will be responsible for fulfilling Social Housing Property Surveys , and providing the necessary reports and recommendations for appropriate ventilation products and services to eradicate issues within tenants properties
  • the role will require you to travel within your designated region, complete up to 6 inspections a day within your territory, and inform tenants of your recommendations
