Responsibility
complete any other tasks and activities required to support the company as a whole
undertake weekly testing of the fire alarm system and generator at our different sites ensuring all logs required by the company and insurance company are completed
routinely inspect our buildings, sites, and operations to maintain and identify vital services, repairs and maintenance requirements
ensure facilities and maintenance costs are in line with agreed budgets/targets
create and maintain a master document tracking all contracts with suppliers including expected end dates, costs and all other relevant information
respond and deal with urgent facility emergencies
