hybrid - Flexible from once a week to as much as you would like to use the London based office
setup and delivery of IT equipment for new staff including creation of accounts, and receipt/removal of these for any leavers
arranging for repair or replacement of deficient IT equipment
using Hexnode MDM, remotely-managing for security our fleet of about 100 Macbooks
using Hexnode MDM, remotely-managing for security a small number of Windows laptops
airfinity is looking for an IT Support & Security Engineer to join our growing company. The position is hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week in our Baker Street office in London
ensuring OS and application security releases are kept up to date, whilst minimising the impact on staff productivity
gathering the information needed for the company to renew UK Gov Cyber Essentials certification annually, including correcting any deficiencies

Requirements

professional experience with MacOS administration in a business environment
some experience with Windows security administration
have used Hexnode MDM ideally, or a similar product, in a business environment
admin experience of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
an ability to write shell scripts to automate occasional tasks
understand common techniques and vectors of information security threat, including from actors of various skill, resource, and motivation levels
