Responsibility
- send invoices/proforma’s to customers on time and accurately
- banking and reconciliation of customer accounts
- journals – check and assign the correct amounts to the correct departments and nominals codes
- credit checks for all new and existing customers and suppliers
- verify and set up new customer and supplier accounts
- credit control – chasing customers as appropriate, keeping to timescales and sending reports to management
- process authorised purchase invoices including expense forms & visa receipts
- deal with transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed weekly
