- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- understanding the site commitments for the day/week/month including for waste received, logged, processed and collection of disposed components
- ensuring that the staffing levels are appropriate to meet the demands of the site and committing resources as required
- to maintain site Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance in line with EA Permit conditions and HSAWA Legislation
- to ensure compliance with PPE, Work training forklift and driver compliance with reporting, rest breaks, collection and operational procedures
- to ensure that that the department is adequately stocked with tools, consumables, tools for team members to complete their duties
- to minimise the down time in production ensuring that workloads are assigned equally & staff adequately trained and resourced
- to manage staff absences and leave ensuring that compliant with reporting procedures and undertaking back to work and review meetings supported by the business contracts manager
- any other duties as required to meet the needs of Airbag Disposal UK Ltd
