Responsibility
- raising orders, invoices, creating bespoke labels, and arranging courier dispatches
- creating & inputting orders on stock systems, update monthly open order reports & running monthly reports for management
- answering the phone and dealing with both customer enquiries & sales email inboxes
- stay up to date with new products and features
- liaising with our stock controller and production team to manage all stock levels across B2B, E-commerce channels including Amazon and external fulfilment centres in Netherlands & USA
- develop a key account management concept for relevant customers and ensure that they are contacted on a regular basis selling the better than features offered
Requirements
- attention to detail across all activities
- previous experience in customer service & sales
- passionate and collaborative, hands on team player
- commercial awareness and an interest in sales & customer service
