Hello! The company is looking for several air conditioning apprentices who meet the following requirements: GCSE in maths, English, and science (grades A-C), good work ethic, willingness to attend college and in-house training, and good communication skills. The salary offered for this position is from £5.26 per hour. The schedule for this job is an 8-hour shift with the possibility of overtime and weekend availability. But, could you tell me more about the in-house training program for the apprentices? Additionally, are there any additional benefits or perks offered to the trainee air conditioning engineers?
