Responsibility

  • identifying and rectifying faults on devices with minimal supervision, both in-house and onsite, or via telephone or remote systems support
  • delivering and installing printers at the customer’s site adhering to timescales
  • supporting the sales team with pre and post sales activities
  • performing pre-sales testing / trials
  • gain and maintain a sound knowledge of thermal printer/labelling technology/barcoding and mobile computing product offering
  • ensure Health & Safety regulations are complied with at all times, along with company working practices
  • printing of labels where required. Familiarisation with market leading label design and printing software
  • ability to escalate unresolved issues
