transport administrator
Responsibility
- check and post heavy cranes/transport hour journals
- check all internal and external costs against each Heavy Cranes job and ensure all costs are recovered and recharged to customers
- input/process heavy cranes invoices & match invoicing back up to D365
- assist with drafting customer valuations and obtaining customer agreement to charges prior to invoicing
- assist with any wind energy invoice issues and queries with both internal and external customers
- assist with checking and approving all external costs/supplier invoices on wind energy projects
- analise all transport internal costs for Heavy Cranes, Regional Cranes and Depot Cranes and ensure all transport is fully recovered, provide report detailing any losses to Head of Transport & HCD Director
- provide support and info/customer reports and queries to major projects/heavy crane/wind energy contract lift managers and sales representatives on request
