Responsibility
- our ideal candidate would have some commercial electrical experience/understanding but not necessarily a qualified electrician
- we are looking for a hands-on site manager who is equally happy making minor repairs and managing contractors including all associated admin such as invoice processing, scheduling, contract negotiation etc
- line management of the cleaning team including all associated responsibilities such as recruitment, training, performance management, etc
- sourcing janitorial & catering supplies plus any ad hoc furniture requirements
- liaising with contractors as required
Requirements
- demonstrable experience in a site management role
- hands on experience of light maintenance requirements
- supervisory or Line Management experience is desirable
- stakeholder Management experience
- demonstrable ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to ‘get the job done’
- logical & practical thinker – able to diagnose requirements using common sense
- ability to communicate with people at all levels
- MEP Technical awareness
