Responsibility
- providing customer technical support and online training
- answering questions relating to technical documents as well as completion of QA questionnaires, forms etc
- preparing various certificates and statements for customers
- processing of customer and supplier technical documents, questionnaires, forms etc
- managing product compliance – including documentation
- supporting the maintenance of the companies BRCGS, ISO, Halal and Kosher accreditations
- ensuring that all materials conform to the agreed analytical protocol and/or the relevant Pharmacopoeias and Standards and to customer specifications
- develop product literature/brochure in coordination with other members of the team
Requirements
- educated to degree level in a relevant scientific discipline i.e. chemistry, food science/technology etc
- scientific understanding and ability to conduct chemical analysis in relevant areas
- well organized and capable of working on multiple activities concurrently
- self-motivated, enthusiastic, and quick to learn
- good written and verbal communication skills
- accountable, honest, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a team
