Responsibility

  • develop custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS/SCSS, HTML, and SQL
  • backend PHP development, specifically working with ACF & Gutenberg
  • API Integration work such as; Brevo, Stripe, Hubspot, Loquate, Google Maps, Youtube…
  • agitate Digital is a dynamic and rapidly growing company, seeking an experienced Middle Weight to Senior WordPress PHP Developer to join our team
  • provide technical support for websites and hosting, addressing any issues and ensuring optimal performance
  • as a WordPress PHP Developer, you will play a key role in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, integrating APIs, and working on both back-end and front-end development
  • utilize tools like Gulp, NPM, Node.js, and GIT version control/GitHub for efficient workflow
  • focus on efficient data migration, maintenance, and updates of WordPress websites, with an emphasis on data importing and exporting including products, articles, users, and other data

Requirements

  • proficiency in PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS/SCSS, HTML, SQL
  • experience with Gulp, NPM, Node.js, and GIT version control/GitHub for efficient workflow
  • strong understanding of WordPress, its ecosystem, and best practices
  • ability to develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
  • familiarity with API integrations and backend PHP development
  • familiarity with other programming languages and platforms, such as Laravel, Shopify, Magento, or expertise in front-end frameworks like Vue.js and React, is a plus
  • expertise in front-end development and responsive design
  • experience with data migration, maintenance, and updates of websites
