- producing full sets of management accounts for parent company on a monthly basis
- challenging the business to identify and improve operational KPI's

- producing all balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
- full analysis of material and labour with insight into variances
- valuation and financial modeling, including Discounted Cash Flow and Leverage Buyout analysis

- A fully qualified, or actively studying accountant or qualified by experience
- to be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in finance and be CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified

- end and full responsibility of all finance related data, reporting and departments
- key member of finance responsible for introducing new methodology to department and business

- ensure all statutory filings are accurate and timely
- you need to have good communication skills as we deal with CEOs, MDs, and investment decision-makers on a day-to-day basis
- as part of our dynamic senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all financial functions and overseeing the administration function
- assisting with the day-to-day management of transactions which includes preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis, and taking responsibility for the preparation of information and client communications
- you will be
- training and developing team members so that they can run the day-to-day processes smoothly
- production of budgets, cash flow forecasting and cash management
- strong communication skills with an ability to translate financial information to the wider business
- you will lead the credit control, purchase ledger, and returns teams, so you should be well-versed in operating within a robust financial control environment

- continuous review and improvement of the systems and processes; recommending and implementing more efficient and effective solutions that fit the needs of the business
- involved in decisions regarding financial strategy with the ability to contribute both strategically and operationally
- qualified CIMA / ACCA or equivalent

Requirements
- CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- strongly motivated, hands-on, full ownership, accurate and team player
- qualified / QBE with at least 3 years experience in a similar role
