gathering and advising on project specific requirements, such as local configuration and localised information, and ensuring that these are effectively deployed
monitoring product usage data and working with customers to maximise the customer experience
identifying and managing risks in relation to product implementation and feeding back to the relevant teams
working closely with the wider Customer Relations team to coordinate strategic communication, training and awareness events
representing customer feedback and unmet requirements to the team and supporting the product development of new features
Requirements
essential
minimum 5 Years experience in an implementation or project management role ideally gained in a software, service or commercial environment
proven analytical and problem-solving skills
strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop and maintain cordial professional relationships internally and externally
excellent listening and communication skills, including presentation skills
ability to deal with all levels of an organisation
ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
strong organisational skills and attention to detail
