- gathering and advising on project specific requirements, such as local configuration and localised information, and ensuring that these are effectively deployed
- monitoring product usage data and working with customers to maximise the customer experience
- identifying and managing risks in relation to product implementation and feeding back to the relevant teams
- working closely with the wider Customer Relations team to coordinate strategic communication, training and awareness events
- representing customer feedback and unmet requirements to the team and supporting the product development of new features

- minimum 5 Years experience in an implementation or project management role ideally gained in a software, service or commercial environment
- proven analytical and problem-solving skills
