Responsibility
- agree and manage the equipment, plant, staffing and sub-contract requirements for the site
- conduct daily site inspections and ensure all work orders are complete and on-time
- ensure all safety guidelines are always followed and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely
- ensure that payroll is accurate at all times
- manage the recruitment and induction of new employees in line with Company best practice guide
Requirements
- extensive experience as a Site Manager of a production facility
- must be able to work overtime as needed
- excellent organizational & team management skills
- excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
