Responsibility

  • manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and suppliers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
  • identify opportunities to grow accounts by providing tailored solutions and offering additional products and services
  • work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • regularly communicate with clients and suppliers through phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain and strengthen relationships
  • monitor, analyse, and report on account performance and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
  • address client and supplier concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a swift resolution
  • actively participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the Travelgenix brand

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the travel or technology industry
  • exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
  • strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
