  • we are looking for an organised and experienced manager to assist the Head of EveryDay Care & Support to ensure the effective and efficient provision of a quality domiciliary Care at Home Service, in order to meet the needs and aspirations of customers, their families and friends and to meet contractual obligations, statutory requirements and pre-determined service delivery standards

  • our Recruitment and HR Coordinator will be responsible for the Groups whole recruitment function
  • leading, designing and delivering the full recruitment cycle for the whole of the Group ensuring the finest talent sourcing is completed
  • working as part of the wider HR Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a recruitment plan for the Group, taking responsibility for recruitment budgets and targets
  • working with hiring managers across the business ensuring role briefs, job profiles and approvals are obtained, leading the advertisement of roles across internal and external platforms, short listing applicants and facilitating interviews

Requirements

  • accountancy Qualification, ACA, ACCA or equivalent

  • evidence of experience and understanding of most of the disciplines contained within the Job Profile, in a senior role
  • successful leadership in performance management and development of diverse teams
  • range of financial and risk management in a senior capacity
