- maintain and review the finance risk register & fixed asset register
- work with the SLT to ensure the design and implementation of an appropriate full cost recovery and charge out rate model
- attend the board meeting and report on the financial performance of the Charity
- to develop and maintain key internal / external stakeholder relationships (CEO, Chair, Board of trustees, Age UK National, and the Auditor
- work with the finance team SLT as necessary to manage day to day finance processes, including invoicing
- provide financial advice to the CEO, Board and finance lead trustee to support the long-term financial viability of the charity
- ensure the bank payments in a timely manner each month
- lead, manage and develop the finance teams for the merged charity
