to clean light fittings and replace tubes, bulbs, fuses, starters and diffusers in accordance with safe working practices
to arrange the clearing or repairs to plumbing where necessary and ensure all drains are kept free of debris
to ensure all fire doors, fire routes and other pathways are free from overgrowth, weeds, moss and litter
to assist with ensuring safe and clear pedestrian access particularly in adverse weather conditions
to assist the manager and other staff in ensuring all weekly/monthly tests are carried out in respect of fire, emergency lighting and water safety
