Responsibility
- develop and manage support worker schedules to provide a satisfactory delivery of service to island residents
- be the first point of contact for both new and exsisting clients and support workers
- effectively handle initial enquiries from prospective service users, families and professionals
- participate in the recruitment and induction process whilst maximising the retention of support workers
- have exceptional attention to detail when capturing client sensitive information for our CRM system

Requirements
- A friendly, confident and helpful telephone manner and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- flexibility to cope with changing demands and priorities, remaining calm under pressure

- an organised individual with the ability to multi task and manage caseloads
- proficiency in using Microsoft packages, including outlook booking system
- A person with a positive, focused attitude to enable targets to be met and exceeded
