• project Filing – All correspondence filed on the server, office and site files created with all relevant information

• group Project Administrator you are responsible for helping with many of the duties surrounding projects including looking after the administrative tasks associated with the project, staying in touch with clients & contractors, scheduling appointments, procuring supplies, and helping to prepare costings reports
• you are responsible for the project cycle from start to finish and your strict organisational skills are fundamental to the project’s success
• purchasing Log – Update with project purchases, manage delivery and location stored prior to use. Guaranteeing that purchases for each arm of the business are record correctly
• collate project costings, working with team to collate all costings per the project
• booking accommodation for site operatives - Organise as and when requested, once Team Movementsheet is submitted, ensuring this is within budget and meets location and security requirements
• ordering plant and materials once project is confirmed. Managing logistics of all plant hire and liaising with Site Supervisors to off hire as required
• building relationships with suppliers, obtaining quotes for stock and materials. Liaising with A.G.A. Group Directors and ensuring best price is obtained

Requirements
