- reporting to senior management, the role will involve a range of duties, key responsibilities will include but is not limited to
- assisting IMS Manager to ensure ISO Integrated Management System requirements and standards
- organising, updating and distributing documents within the company Sharepoint and digital SHEQ Hub
- assisting Fleet Manager in respect of vehicle tax, MOT, MID and other associated tasks
- point of contact for IT requirements
- producing document progress reports for senior managers
- undertaking other duties deemed necessary by senior management to facilitate effective operation of company business
