Requirements
good data entry and computer-based record-keeping skills
able to organise and prioritise own work and be responsible and accountable for quality and accuracy of own work
excellent customer service skills with the ability to build effective working relationships, using tact and diplomacy when speaking with others
you should have good time-management, be adaptable and able to use your own initiative and ability to prioritise tasks and workload to meet deadlines
