Responsibility

  • ACS are now hiring for a Junior Contracts Manager to join our team
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with our Client base, making monthly visits to each site to perform audits on our cleaning service and ensuring that any issues found or raised are rectified in a timely manner
  • contract Managers within our team take responsibility for their cleaners on site, carrying out our in-house health and safety and cleaning process training and ensuring that cleaners are well supported and well managed
  • with support from our office team, Contract Managers are also responsible for making sure all holiday and sickness at their sites have been covered and that Clients have been notified and kept up to date
  • we expect our Contract Managers to work 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday, and one weekend on call per month which is paid as overtime
  • the successful candidate will need to be flexible in how they approach their working hours, as when new cleaners are being trained, this is usually done in the evenings or mornings out of normal working hours
