Responsibility
- project Accountant for a mid sized UK Defence company
- this would suit a candidate that wants to have a greater impact within a Project/Management Accounting role
- work with Project Managers and Finance Manager in setting up project budgets and costings
- ensure timely production of monthly management accounts
- work with Project Managers to monitor spend against projects, and assist in following the purchase order process
- production of draft year-end financial statements & associated Tax packs
- work with Finance Manager and Project Managers on project forecasts
- responsibility for supervision and completion of balance sheet accounts reconciliation
Requirements
- project accounting: 3 years
- SAP: 1 year
