collaborate with the Helpdesk Team to efficiently enter data into our specialist system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
maintain and update records to facilitate invoicing and tracking of Service Level Agreements for facility management services
promptly raise reactive jobs on our Facility Management System in response to customer requests or reported issues
ensure that all necessary details and information are accurately captured to facilitate swift resolution
support the team in scheduling engineers for service appointments and maintenance tasks
coordinate with both clients and engineers to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to schedules
add compliance documents and related information to clients' accounts in our system
