  • hold a current Counterbalance RTITB/ITSAAR certificate
  • perform routine daily inspections to ensure the equipment is suitable for use
  • to provide information and to communicate with delivery drivers as and when required
  • to record and inform management of any damaged goods upon arrival
  • ensure quality of load & transportation of freight through the depot to its destination, whether to place in a bay, or to load onto vehicles etc
