Responsibility

  • supporting the maintenance and growth of the independent wholesale channel
  • developing relationships with our retailer partners
  • customer satisfaction; Ensure they are valued & supported in their buying decisions
  • CRM Housekeeping & keep in regular contact with all assigned retail partners
  • 1st Point of contact for assigned wholesale customers/retail partners
  • generate & process orders using our stock management system, push orders through to the warehouse & balance the stock availability between your customer base
